Return Policy

You have the right to return your products for any reason within 14 days from the delivery date. Customers can personally choose any carrier for the return. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. Items should be returned unused, and with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. Due to hygiene reasons, returned underwear and socks are only accepted if the packaging has not been opened or damaged. Please follow our instructions below:

Dear Customers: To make a return, please drop us an email at Shop@Pallecarte.com and inform us about the return. Fill out the return sheet and place it inside the parcel. You may personally choose any carrier for the return.

To make an exchange, please send an email to Shop@Pallecarte.com to make sure that your requested size and style is still available. If you have received information by our customer service representative that your requested item is available, specify the new item you require on the return sheet and send your parcel back to us.

When shipping back please mark the parcel "returned goods". Also make sure to mark the parcel with the original sender ID/original tracking number. If possible with your choice of courier, please tick the box "returned goods".

Your Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned products. We will not refund the initial shipping cost, the return-shipping cost, or import duties and tax costs. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. If you’ve chosen “Pay later” or “Finance” through Paypal as payment option, please contact Paypal to pause the invoice to avoid additional costs while your return is being processed. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.

If you have ordered items within our «3 for 2» or «5 for 4» promotions, then please read the following conditions for returns:

If you return one item, you will not receive a refund, as the order no longer fulfills the condition for the «one free item promotion».

If you return several items, but not the full order, you will receive a refund, but not for the «one free item», regardless of which item that was listed as free in checkout.

If you return the full order, you will receive a full refund.

You buy 3 shirts for the price of 2. You return 2 shirts. You will receive refund for 1 shirt.
